Whitening results can last 6 months or more depending on your habits. 

To maintain your whitening results, try to avoid the following items as teeth can be more porous and prone to staining immediately after treatment:

- Coffee, tea, cola red wine and other dark beverages
- Curry, soy sauce and tomato-based sauces
- Chocolate and dark berries
- Smoking or vaping.

You can maintain your brightness with occasional touch-ups using our whitening strips or our single top up pen.

Yes, but we recommend starting with shorter wear times and using sensitivity toothpaste (e.g. potassium nitrate-based) 

Avoid whitening if you have any active dental concerns until they’ve been assessed by your dentist.
